I can't deny the hotel was slightly smaller than expected, as is common with many hotels in Japan, but the room offered a nice view of the water, even though the window couldn't open. The service here was a bit of a mix - very helpful when it came to travel and sightseeing tips, but lacking when it came to up-to-date information. Unfortunately, there was no English spoken. The location was spot on, just a 15-minute walk from the station, and we had a delightful view of the riverside. As for dining, the breakfast had a good mix of Western and Japanese food. Overall, a pleasant stay despite the minor setbacks.
